NetworkObjects allows service providers to define and monitor
operational measures and key performance indicators

(KPIs) on networks and services. Service providers can define their own measures and/or rely on NetworkMining's expertise in order to design KPI dashboards that provide unique insight into their business.
Various types of KPIs are supported:
-
Current KPIs i.e. KPIs of the current network.
-
Historical KPIs i.e. KPIs of past states of the network.
-
Trend analysis in support of forecasting activities.
NetworkObjects offers open access to data at database and application layers. This allows service providers to design their own queries towards the NetworkObjects database and/or access KPI calculations at database level. Alternatively users can export the data from the NetworkObjects application and process them automatically in external tools (e.g. via the use of webqueries in Microsoft Office applications).
